The MA-6000 adopts the high quality Marlow semiconductor thermoelectric module, combining with the German high-end PT1000 temperature sensor and electrical resistance heating compensation edge temperature control mode, the fluorescent signals in 96 sample holes are transmitted in real time to the -20℃ cold CCD of high SNR for real time detection by imported high temperature resistant specialist optical fiber. It is a fully automatic fluorescent quantitative PCR system with completely independent intellectual property and open design.
MA-6000, has a standard configuration with 5-color fluorescent channel detection platform off the factory, independent technology maintenance free full-wavelength halogen tungsten lamp as the excitation light source, through the built-in computer touch screen or external computer to operate, efficient and portable.It can be widely used in basic medical research, pathogen detection, molecular cloning, genetic screening, gene expression, genotyping, transgenic detection, food safety testing and public health epidemic surveillance and other industries and fields.
